# Void

Transaction revocation executes on the same or different day and before Settlement execution.



# Refund

Refund is the return process for executed transaction funds between the Merchant and Customer.

If there is a refund process on a Customer transaction, then NICEPAY will still charge a service fee to the Customer. The refund transaction funds will return to the Customer.
