# Cashback

Offer back an amount of money from the nominal transaction from E-Wallet, usually in E-Wallet credit or a balance form that later can be used again for other transactions.

# Dompet Digital

Services that enable the User to save their money digitally and do financial transactions using their cellular. This service can be accessed through the User's smartphone, usually using User's phone number as an E-Wallet's ID, transactions on the application server, and transactions on the Merchant.

# Jump App

The application redirect process from the Merchant platform to the E-Wallet platform to proceed with the payment. Usually, the User does checkout on the Merchant platform to buy an item/service, then User uses the E-Wallet payment method, where there is some E-Wallet that requires a payment confirmation on the associated E-Wallet platform.

# Linkage

Linking Customer E-Wallet account to the Merchant platform (app/website). After the E-Wallet account is connected, the User can proceed with payments swiftly and easily, without need to input the payment information manually every time doing transactions on that platform.

# Non-Premium

The user-level account usually uses the User that hasn't verified the identity/KYC (Know You Customer) on the E-Wallet application, so the User is only able to use the limited feature of the E-Wallet application, such as only can do payment process and has a specific limit to top-up to their E-Wallet account.

# OTP

Acronym from One-Time Password, usually used as an additional layer of security to ensure and protect the User's identity before granting access to accounts or proceeding transactions.

After User receives OTP, the User must input it to the application according to the predetermined time limit (for example 30 seconds or 1 minute) to do identity verification and proceed with the transaction or login on the application. OTP can't use anymore after it reaches the predetermined time limit.

# PIN

PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a secret number or personal password consisting of 4 to 6-digit numbers used as the User security method to access an account or do transactions related to their account.

Because it is confidential, a PIN considers more secure than a password that consists of letters and numbers. However, the User must be careful in choosing and maintaining the confidentiality of the PIN, and avoid disclosing the PIN to other people or using it in public places, because it can increase security risks and loss of account access or other sensitive information.

# Premium

The user-level account usually uses the verified User/KYC (Know You Customer) on the E-Wallet application and entitles to use the completer and up-to-date feature other than the prepared main feature from the E-Wallet Partner to E-Wallet User.

# Refund

Return of a paid fund or balance or transfer to the previous User's E-Wallet account.

# Seamless

Payment process that is smooth and without a hitch. This means E-Wallet Users can do payment transactions easily, swiftly, and without any interference or technical difficulties that block the payment process. So that can increase the adoption level and E-Wallet usage as a payment alternative that is more modern and easier to use.

# Top Up

The process of filling up the E-Wallet balances via Bank transfer, Credit Card or through a selling agent.

# Timeout

Usually caused by a technical problem (network) or can be caused by the Customer that hasn't proceeded with the payment within the time limit by the E-Wallet Issuer on the 1-time transaction.
