# Settlement

The process of completing a transaction between the Merchant and the Bank does after the Customer makes an order payment to the Merchant using an E-Wallet. This process aims to provide information for the Merchant regarding the income received by accountancy, and whether the nominal transaction received is similar to the nominal recorded at the Bank. 

Sometimes, Merchants experience a void or refund process that makes the Settlement process unsuccessful.



# Void

Transaction cancellation can be submitted if the transaction has made a full payment (full amount) which has been successful and has not gone through the Settlement process.

The following is the void time from the E-Wallet that works with NICEPAY.

# Refund

Refund is a repayment of funds processed with the agreement between the Customer and Merchant without any dispute among both parties. After the Customer requests a refund from the Merchant, Merchant will report the refund process to NICEPAY. Then, NICEPAY will send the money that goes through the refund process to the Merchant, so that Merchant can proceed with the manual refund for the Customer.

## Full Refund

Refund of all funds allows Customers to request a refund for all purchases from the shopping list at the Merchant and accommodate the Merchant to refund the Customer according to the nominal amount submitted. 

The following is the full refund time that has already been determined from the E-Wallet that works with NICEPAY.

## Partial Refund

Partial refunds allow Customers to request a refund for particular items from the shopping list at the Merchant} and accommodate the Merchant can refund the Customer according to the nominal amount submitted.

1. The Customer requests a refund application to the Merchant.
2. The Merchant requests a refund application to the NICEPAY.
3. NICEPAY requests a refund to the Acquiring party.
4. The Acquiring party requests a refund to the Issuing party.
5. The Issuing party returns the funds to the Customer .
6. The Issuing party changes the amount to be paid on \{Merchant} Settlement.
