### Why can CVS transactions fail?

1. Inputing `payNo` incorrectly.
2. `payNo` expired or not valid.
3. Rejected from Partner because the network is offline.

### Is there a refund process at the Merchant Back Office for payments through the Convenience Store?

NICEPAY [Merchant Back Office](docId\:S2zo71iySoasepJteVVN7) doesn't provide a refund process for payments with Convenience Stores. Customers can do the refund process manually through the relevant Partner.

### Can the validity period of the payment number be set from the Merchant's side?

Yes, by using `payValidDt` and `payValidTm` parameters.

### What will Merchants do if they don't receive notifications regarding Convenience Store payments from NICEPAY?

Merchants can resend notifications manually via the NICEPAY [Merchant Back Office](docId\:S2zo71iySoasepJteVVN7) Dashboard.

### What should I do if I have resend notifications manually but it still doesn't work?

If when resending the notification gets a response of 500 (internal server error), the Merchant must check on the Merchant's side.
