Blacklist Card
The Blacklist Card sub-menu on NICEPAY Risk Management’s Back Office used to assist Merchant on proceed card and Customer informasi blacklist which incompatible with the Merchant's terms. The blacklist type classify into 3 categories; which are Card Number, Customer Email, and Card Bin Number. Customer card information and e-mail that has been registered can’t be used anymore on Merchant.
The Blacklist Card sub-menu page divided into 3 sections page; which are Search Option, Search Result, and Regist. The Search Option section is a form section used to input the data search criteria. The Search Result section used to displays data search results based on the inputted criteria from Search Option section. The Regist section is a section used to perform blacklist data registration.
Search Blacklist Based on Card Number
The Search Option section in the Blacklist by: Card Number contains a search form used to search blacklist data history based on the card number. The form consists of:

The Search Result section on Blacklist by: Card Number displays blacklist data history based on the card number. Merchant can change the data by pressing the Edit button and release card data by pressing the Release button which available on the Option column.
Register Blacklist Card Based on Card Number
Moreover, Merchant can register card which needs to be blacklisted. Data which successfully added will appear in the Search Result section by pressing the Register button in the Search Option section. The form in the Regist section consists of:

The Search Option section in the Blacklist by: Customer Email contains a search form used to search blacklist data history based on Customer e-mail. The form consists of:

Search Blacklist Data
Here’s guidance for searching blacklist data.
- Open sidebar.
- Select the Risk Management menu.
- Select the Blacklist Card sub-menu.
- Input search term on Search Option section.
- Press Search button to proceed the data searching process.
- The searched data will be appeared on the Search Result section.
Register Blacklist Data
Here’s guidance to register card data that will get blacklisted.
- Open sidebar.
- Select the Risk Management menu.
- Select the Blacklist Card sub-menu.
- Select the whitelist sort method in the Search Option section.
- Click the Register button.
- Fill out the form in the Regist section that appears above the Search Option section.
- Press the Save button to proceed the blacklist data creation process.
- Data will automatically be saved and appear in the Search Result section.
