This sub-menu assists Merchant in monitoring nominal amounts of the transaction that will go through the Settlement process. This sub-menu page is divided into 2 sections; `Search Option` and `Search Result`.

The `Search Option` is a form section used to input the search criteria of transaction data. All fields on the form are optional. Merchant can perform data search to show in the `Search Result` section or print data on PDF format.

The `Search Result` section is a section that displays data search results based on the inputted criteria from the `Search Option` section. Data in this section will appear automatically following the current month.



# Calendar

The `Search Option` section contains the search form used to search all on-going event data. The form consists of:

| **Name** | **Description**                                                           | **Remark**                                                           |
| -------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Merchant | List of registered Merchant in NICEPAY system                             | Default: Total -> all Merchant                                       |
| Month    | Transaction time in date and hour format                                  | Default: today's date and 24 hour time interval                      |
| Search   | Button to process the keywords entered by the Merchant to search for data | Data search results will be displayed in the `Search Result` section |
| Print    | Button to execute calendar printing process                               | File will be printed directly                                        |

The `Search Result` section displays a calendar containing nominal amount of the balance data which will go through the Settlement process. Click the number on the specific date to view the Settlement detail for each day.

## Search Calendar Data

Here’s guidance for searching calendar data.

1. Open sidebar.
2. Select the `Settlement` menu.
3. Select the `Calendar` sub-menu.
4. Input the search term in the `Search Option` section.
5. Press the `Search` button to perform the data searching process.
6. The searched data will appear in the `Search Result` section.



## Print Calendar

Here’s guidance for printing calendar.

1. Open sidebar.
2. Select the `Settlement` menu.
3. Select the `Calendar` sub-menu.
4. Press the `Print` button to perform printing process for the specific month.
5. Pop-out calendar for print the calendar will appear.
6. Press the `Print` button to process the calendar printing process. Otherwise, press the `Cancel` button to cancel the calendar printing process.
