Meanwhile, the `Excel(Details)` button contains the all transaction data summary along with the detailed data of each transaction. *** ### How to read a file in the Settlement > Settlement Report menu? Yes, the file can be downloaded through the `Print` button in PDF format. ## Report File *** ### What is the calculation formula for NICEPAY service fee? The NICEPAY service fee formula is the sum from Fee + Installment Fee + FDS Fee + Tax (VAT). *** ### What is the difference of the transaction on From NICEPAY and From Bank/Mitra part? The transaction on From NICEPAY part and From Bank/Mitra part different from transaction type. - If the transaction type is Aggregator, then the transaction detail using MA schema so the transaction is on the From NICEPAY part. - If the transaction type is Facilitator, then the transaction detail using PG schema so the transaction is on the From Bank/Mitra part. *** ### On Excel(Detail) File part detail for each transaction specific for Payloan payment method, what is the difference of nominal negative and positive on Settlement Amount column? - If the nominal on Settlement Amount is negative on **refund **status, then that nominal is the nominal that will be refund. - If the nominal on Settlement Amount is positive on **deposit** status, then that nominal is the nominal that will be billed to the Merchant or deduct from other transaction. *** ### When the nominal on Set Off column will be filled?
