Seller Settlement
This sub-menu assists Merchant to view Seller Settlement summary, related to all transactions from each Seller with all available payment methods. This sub-menu page is divided into 2 sections; Search Option and Search Result.
The Search Option section is a form section used to input the search criteria of transaction data. All fields on the form are optional. However, the search results are dependent on the chosen data type. There is 2 options for data type; which are Settlement Date dan Approval/Request. Admin can perform data search to be appeared on the Search Result section or download data in Excel format.
The Search Result section is a section that displays data search results based on the inputted criteria from Search Option section. Data from this section will appear after Merchant confirms the data searching process by pressing the Search button. The search results are displayed differently based on the chosen payment method from the Search Option section.
Seller Settlement
The Search Option section contains a search form used to search all Settlement transaction data. The form consists of:

Excel Details (SP) | Button to process the keywords entered by the Merchant for the file contain data detail to be downloaded. The file contains detail switch point data for each transaction | The file format will be downloaded in Excel format *special for specific Merchant |
The Search Result section displays the summary of occuring Settlement transactions compatible with the term from the Search Option section. If Settlement Date as the data type is selected, then it will display a summary of all payment methods from the successful transaction that have proceeded to the Settlement process on the specific range date.
If Approval/Request as the data type is selected, then it will display a summary of all payment methods from transaction that still needs to proceed to Settlement process on the specific range date.

Search Seller Settlement Data
Here’s guidance for searching Seller Settlement data.
- Open sidebar.
- Select the Settlement menu.
- Select the Seller Settlement sub-menu.
- Input the search term in the Search Option section.
- Press the Search button to perform the data searching process.
- The searched data will appear on the Search Result section.
Download Seller Settlement Data
Here’s guidance for downloading Seller Settlement data.
- Open sidebar.
- Select the Settlement menu.
- Select the Seller Settlement sub-menu.
- Input the search term in the Search Option section.
- Press the Excel button to download data summary in Excel format.
- Press the Excel Details (List) button to download data detail in Excel format.
- Press the Excel Details (SP) button to download data detail in Excel format.
- The search data will download automatically.
