This sub-menu page divides into 2 sections; `Search Option` and `Search Result`. ::embed[]{url="https://youtu.be/s6BwQe82erU"} The `Search Option` section is a form section used to input the search criteria of transaction data. All fields on the form are optional, however the search results are dependent on the chosen payment method. Merchant able to perform data search to be displayed on the `Search Result` or download data on Excel format. The `Search Result` section is a section that displays data search results based on the inputted criteria from the `Search Option` section. Data from this section will appear after Merchant confirms the data searching process by pressing the `Search` button. The form consists of: | **Name** | **Description** | **Remark** | | --------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Merchant | List of registered Merchant in NICEPAY system | Default: Total -> all Merchant | | Date Type | Settlement time type | Default: Settlement Type | | Settlement Time | Settlement executed time | Default: 00:00 | | Date | Transaction time in date and hour format | Default: today's date and 24 hour time interval | | Date(Within) | Transaction time interval

Time settings can be directly determined between today, 1 week, or 1 month | Default: Today | | Payment Method | List of payment method that available on NICEPAY system | Default: Total -> all payment method

The file contains the detail of each transaction data | The file format will be downloaded in Excel format | The `Search Result` section on the `Date type: Settlement date` displays data based on the Settlement date. The first table show the summary of all transaction type that NICEPAY have. Open sidebar. 2. Select the `Settlement` menu. 3. Select the `Settlement Report` sub-menu. 4. Input the search term in the `Search Option` section. 5. Press the `Search` button to perform the data searching process. 6. The searched data will appear in the `Search Result` section. ## Download Settlement Report Data Here’s guidance for downloading Settlement report data. 1. Open sidebar. 2. Select the `Settlement` menu. 3. Select the `Settlement Report` sub-menu. 4. Input the search term in the `Search Option` section. 5. Press the `Excel` button to download data summary in Excel format. 6. Press the `Excel(Detail)` button to download data detail in Excel format. 7.
