Settlement Report
This sub-menu assists Merchant to view Settlement report for all payment methods within the NICEPAY system. This sub-menu page divides into 2 sections; Search Option and Search Result.
The Search Option section is a form section used to input the search criteria of transaction data. All fields on the form are optional, however the search results are dependent on the chosen payment method. Merchant able to perform data search to be displayed on the Search Result or download data on Excel format.
The Search Result section is a section that displays data search results based on the inputted criteria from the Search Option section. Data from this section will appear after Merchant confirms the data searching process by pressing the Search button. The search results are displayed differently based on the chosen payment method from the Search Option section.
Settlement Report
The Search Option section on Total payment method contains a general search form used to search all transaction data. The form consists of:

The Search Result section on the Date type: Settlement date displays data based on the Settlement date. The table consists of summary of every transaction type available on NICEPAY.
The Search Result section on the Date type: Approval/Purchase is divided into 2 tables and used to displays data based on the transaction date. The first table show the summary of all transaction type that NICEPAY have. The second table show the detail of each Merchant data transaction.
If the payment method option changes into more specific, data will not appear in the Search Result section. The data only can be seen through download process.

Search Settlement Report Data
Here’s guidance for searching Settlement report data.
- Open sidebar.
- Select the Settlement menu.
- Select the Settlement Report sub-menu.
- Input the search term in the Search Option section.
- Press the Search button to perform the data searching process.
- The searched data will appear in the Search Result section.
Download Settlement Report Data
Here’s guidance for downloading Settlement report data.
- Open sidebar.
- Select the Settlement menu.
- Select the Settlement Report sub-menu.
- Input the search term in the Search Option section.
- Press the Excel button to download data summary in Excel format.
- Press the Excel(Detail) button to download data detail in Excel format.
- The searched data will download automatically.
