This API with SNAP standards contains information uses on the Virtual Account payment method with the NICEPAY Inquiry Virtual Account (NIVA) feature. On this payment method, Customer data is available on the Merchant side. So on every payment from the Bank, NICEPAY needs to inquire about the Customer data, confirm payment, and request payment to the Merchant.

Inquiry - API NICEPAY Inquiry Virtual Account SNAP uses to request payment status checking.
Reversal - API NICEPAY Inquiry Virtual Account SNAP uses to send notification from Bank to NICEPAY for proceeding the refund process cause by particular condition.

Steps Description:
- The Customer does order checkout to the Merchant.
- The Merchant validates and generates VA.
- The Merchant sends and displays VA to the Customer.
- The Customer inputs VA to Bank.
- Bank does inquiry process.
- Bank requests inquiry to Bank.
- NICEPAY requests token to the Merchant.
- The Merchant validates and generates token.
- The Merchant sends response to NICEPAY.
- NICEPAY receives token.
- NICEPAY requests inquiry to the Merchant.
- The Merchant checks transaction.
- The Merchant sends information to NICEPAY.
- NICEPAY sends information to the Bank.
- Bank requests payment to the Customer.
- The Cusstomer sends payment to Bank.
- Bank does payment process.
- Bank requests payment to NICEPAY.
- NICEPAY requests payment to the Merchant.
- The Merchant executes payment approval.
- The Merchant updates status, then:
- Process between Merchant, NICEPAY and Bank:
- The Merchant sends information to NICEPAY.
- NICEPAY sends information to Bank.
- The Merchant displays response to the Customer.
- Bank displays response to the Customer
