# Process Flow

Steps Description:

1. The Merchant requests access tokens to the NICEPAY.
2. NICEPAY generates an access token.
3. NICEPAY sends a response access token to the Merchant.
4. The Merchant receives an access token.
5. The Merchant generates a signature.
6. The Merchant sends data requests through Registration API to NICEPAY.
7. NICEPAY collects data.
8. NICEPAY generates `TXID`.
9. On the approval process:
   - The process between NICEPAY and the Merchant:
     - NICEPAY sends a `TXID` response to the Merchant.
     - The Merchant saves `txID`.
   - Process between NICEPAY and Bank:
     - NICEPAY requests account to the Bank.
     - Bank validates account.
     - Bank sends response to NICEPAY.
     - NICEPAY saves response.
10. The Merchant generates a signature.
11. The Merchant sends data approve through API Approve to NICEPAY.
12. NICEPAY collects data request.
13. On Approve process:
    - The process between NICEPAY and the Merchant:
      - NICEPAY sends response processing to the Merchant.
    - Process between NICEPAY and Bank:
      - NICEPAY sends batch process to the Bank.
      - Bank proceeds the payroll process.
      - Bank sends response data.
14. NICEPAY receives the response.
15. NICEPAY sends the notification message to the Merchant.
16. Merchant requests a status checking through Check Status API to NICEPAY.
17. NICEPAY sends a response check status to the Merchant.
18. Merchant receives final status.
