To register the business to become NICEPAY Merchant, some requirements and documents are required to prepare based on the business type owned.

- Press Send button to delivery form to NICEPAY.
- NICEPAY Sales team will contact you approximate 1 workday related to registration status as Merchant.

⚠️ NICEPAY serves payment acceptance for various businesses, except for business entities that sell products/provide services below:
- Gambling.
- Tobacco Product.
- Alcohol.
- Pornographic Material.
- Conducting business activities using BitCoin (Digital Gold) as a payment instrument except for the purchase and sell crypto assets business activities as long as regulated and allowed under the applicable laws and regulations.
- Firearms, funds, or sharp weapons.
- Money Cash Advance.
- Artificial goods violating Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
- Goods or Services that violate the law or laws and regulations or public order.
- Goods or Services that violate social, religious, and moral norms.
- E-Wallet which can top up by Credit Card.
- Not engaged in multi-level marketing which has money games schemes or ponzi schemes or other similar schemes as evidenced by an Indonesian Direct Seller Association (APLI) certificate or on-site results.
