Register as Merchant
To register the business to become NICEPAY Merchant, some requirements and documents are required to prepare based on the business type owned.

PSE criteria:
- For Merchant that have portal, website, or application through internet that used to provide, manage, and/or operate offer and/or trading goods and/or service;
- Provide, manage, and/or financial transaction service;
- Send paid digital material or content through network data whether with download method through website or site, send through e-mail, or through other application to Pengguna Sistem Elektronik device;
- Search engine tool, Electronic Information service provider in the form of text, voice, animation, music, video, movie, and game or combination from half and/or whole thing;
- Processing of Personal Data to operational activities serving the public in connection with Electronic Transaction activities; and
- Other criteria as stipulated in Ministry of Communication and Informatics Regulation No. 5 of 2020, along with its amendments from time to time.

- Please input the office form number or phone number that connect to Whatsapp.
- Choose the reason behind form taken through How can we help? dropdown. Saya ingin registrasi di NICEPAY option will automatically chosen if there are no changes.
- Choose the reason behind your interest on NICEPAY through Product or solution of interest dropdown.
- Press Send button to delivery form to NICEPAY.
- NICEPAY Sales team will contact you approximate 1 workday related to registration status as Merchant.
Prohibited Business Category
⚠️ NICEPAY serves payment acceptance for various businesses, except for business entities that sell products/provide services below:
- Gambling.
- Tobacco Product.
- Alcohol.
- Pornographic Material.
- Conducting business activities using BitCoin (Digital Gold) as a payment instrument except for the purchase and sell crypto assets business activities as long as regulated and allowed under the applicable laws and regulations.
- Firearms, funds, or sharp weapons.
- Money Cash Advance.
- Artificial goods violating Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
- Goods or Services that violate the law or laws and regulations or public order.
- Goods or Services that violate social, religious, and moral norms.
- E-Wallet which can top up by Credit Card.
- Not engaged in multi-level marketing which has money games schemes or ponzi schemes or other similar schemes as evidenced by an Indonesian Direct Seller Association (APLI) certificate or on-site results.
