Terms and Conditions of Use for NICEPAY DOCS

These Terms and Conditions of Use of NICEPAY DOCS ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Site and agree to be bound by NICEPAY's Privacy Policy (Terms and Conditions) and all provisions as contained in this Site.

A. General Provisions

PT IONPay Networks (NICEPAY) stipulates that any information shared on this portal is published in good faith and aims to share general information according to the needs of various related parties. This site aims to provide information and an overview of usage to Service Users or prospective Service Users before using the payment system products provided by NICEPAY. NICEPAY reserves the right to change the terms of this page without prior notification. Therefore, NICEPAY recommends that you may visit this Site periodically.

B. Definitions

NICEPAY is a company engaged in the provision of payment services that has obtained a licence from Bank Indonesia which in this case provides the information as published on this Site.
Service User are parties who visit this Site or use the Content as published on this Site.
NICEPAY DOCS is a website that provides information and guidance regarding NICEPAY services, how to integrate a payment system or payment gateway into an application, website or other system.
Content means all information including images, details, data, illustrations, designs, photos, video clips, text, software, graphics, writing, logos or trademarks, and other materials forming part of this Site that are owned by NICEPAY or owned by its Intellectual Property Rights owners including but not limited to Canva and Freepik.

Service Users must credit NICEPAY as the source when sharing Content on other sites.
For general information, Service Users should rewrite and not copy the Content in its entirety.
Service Users are not allowed to modify the Content in any way, including but not limited to removing or altering copyright or other intellectual property rights notices, modifying, translating or creating derivative works from the Content.

The Service User are fully responsible for the use of the Content as regulated on this Site and shall release NICEPAY from any liability for any risks that may arise on the part of the Service User.
NICEPAY has the right to updates, add, developments, corrections and delete regarding the information and content on this Site without prior notification to Service Users.

E. Restrictions and Prohibitions

Any Service User who wants to use the features and services related to the Content on the Site is prohibited from:
- Disseminate the content on other portals without permission or credit to NICEPAY;
- Add or change the format of the parameters that have been provided and will be used or sent to NICEPAY;
- Use the Content as a tool of crime including but not limited to fraud, virus distribution, improper inclusion and distribution or any other unlawful act ("Unlawful Actions").
The following are categories of businesses and activities that are prohibited from using the NICEPAY service:
- Gambling;
- Tobacco Products;
- Alcoholic beverages;
- Pornography;
- Drugs;
- Conducting business activities that use BitCoin (Digital Gold) as a means of payment other than for the business of buying and selling crypto assets as regulated and to the extent permitted in the applicable laws and regulations;
- Firearms and sharp weapons;
- Upfront cash;
- Artificial items that violate intellectual property rights;
- Goods or services that violate laws, regulations, and/or public order;
- Goods or services that violate social, religious, and/or moral norms.
- Digital wallets that can be topped up through credit cards;
- Not engaged in multi-level marketing that has a money games scheme or ponzi scheme or other similar schemes as evidenced by the certificate of the Indonesian Direct Selling Association (APLI) or on-site results.

F. License and Intellectual Property Rights

Everything that attached to the Content on either the Site or NICEPAY systems is the property of NICEPAY. Service Users are not allowed to transfer, sub-license and misuse information related to the Content on this Site. NICEPAY has the right to demand compensation and/or take legal action for any violation of Intellectual Property Rights committed by Service Users. There is no provision on this Site that gives, transfers or releases, or implies giving, transferring or releasing, Intellectual Property Rights owned by NICEPAY or other Intellectual Property Rights holders to Service Users.

G. Misuse of Name and Content

Any form of misuse of Content or information using the NICEPAY name will be subject to legal proceedings in accordance with applicable regulations in Indonesia.
Any changes to the information or Content on this Site made by individuals or groups without permission from NICEPAY will be subject to legal proceedings in accordance with applicable regulations in Indonesia.
NICEPAY shall not be liable for any damages to the Service User and/or other parties, either directly or indirectly, caused by the Service User's unlawful acts and/or negligence of the Content.

H. Others

The provisions on this page are binding as long as the Service User has access to this Site and/or while using NICEPAY services.
NICEPAY provides the Content "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NICEPAY disclaims any and all other warranties (express, implied or otherwise), non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.
NICEPAY does not guarantee that the software or information provided is free from legal or actual defects including but not limited to stability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, validity, suitability or security and interruption.
NICEPAY will not be liable for any loss or damage to Service Users arising from the information contained on this Site.
