- Inputing payNo incorrectly.
- payNo expired or not valid.
- Rejected from Partner because the network is offline.
What is meant by Settlement?
Settlement is the process of recording a transaction & transferring transaction funds from a Financial Institution (Bank or NICEPAY) to an individual or company that refers to as a Merchant.

How long does it take to proceed with the Convenience Store Settlement process?

Is there a refund process at the Merchant Back Office for payments through the Convenience Store?
NICEPAY Merchant Back Office doesn't provide a refund process for payments with Convenience Stores. Customers can do the refund process manually through the relevant Partner.
Can the validity period of the payment number be set from the Merchant's side?
Yes, by using payValidDt and payValidTm parameters.
What will Merchants do if they don't receive notifications regarding Convenience Store payments from NICEPAY?
Merchants can resend notifications manually via the NICEPAY Merchant Back Office Dashboard.
What should I do if I have resend notifications manually but it still doesn't work?
If when resending the notification gets a response of 500 (internal server error), the Merchant must check on the Merchant's side.
