CallBack URL is a redirection URL that owned by Merchant, NICEPAY will redirect users to callbackUrl and pass some parameters after payment processing success/failed.

Can merchants use the Merchant ID and Merchant Key already provided to execute testing on Live Environment?
Yes, provided Merchant ID and Merchant Key by NICEPAY can be used to conduct trials on the Live Environment.
- Merchants can check the Virtual Account number, payment expiration time, and payment amount.
- The Merchant compares this information with proof of payment (Invoice)
- If the comparison results match and the payment is canceled, then please use another payment service. Example: The Customer initially made payments using an ATM, then was rejected. Then the Customer must use other payment service options such as mobile banking. If payment still fails, please contact NICEPAY customer service.
What to do if the Customer has successfully paid for a transaction but has not received a confirmation e-mail? (only Merchants who received confirmation e-mails)
Generally, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail within a maximum of 5 minutes. If the Customer didn't receive any confirmation e-mail within 5 minutes, please send an e-mail to Customer service along with proof of payment.
- Merchant gives incompatible response such as 404 (URL Not Found), 500 (Internal Server Error), or 403 (Forbidden)
- Don't insert value or insert inaccurate value on dbProcessUrl parameter
- Merchant server couldn't be hit because of the firewall on Merchant side.

Where credentials like client ID, client secret / symmetric key, and merchant key can be seen on the Merchant Management System?
