Here are  steps to access MMS ():

  1. Access  login  to NICEPAY Back Office MMS.
  2. The MMS login  will be displayed immediately.
  3.  UserID.
  4.  Password.
  5.   Login .
  6. s who are logging in for  first time will have a pop-up to change ir password.
  7. The MMS login  will direct to Dashboard .

 visit  Register as Merchant  for further  related to Username and Password.



Account Rules and Security



To maximize  security of your  account, several rules that need to be attention:

  1. Automatic expired timeout session, having your account automatically logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
  2. The account will be locked if  e-mail and password are entered incorrectly 5 times. If this happens, please following the change password guidance on Change Password Tutorial part.
  3. Password update requests occur every 90 days.
  4. The password must consist of uppercase, lowercase, and symbol characters with a minimum of 12 characters.

Here's guidance to change password from MMS () setting:

  1. Access  login  to NICEPAY Back Office MMS.
  2. Enter  Dashboard .
  3.   Setting  on  top-right corner side.
  4.  Change Password .
  5.   avaiable pop-up form.
  6.   Save  to save  changes. Otherwise, press Cancel  to abort  .

Here's guidance to change password from () login page:

  1. Access  login  to NICEPAY Back Office MMS.
  2.   By Previous Password .
  3. Forgot Password pop-up form will appear.
  4. Input email, username and one from 5 last password.
  5.  Request  to proceed  password changes . Otherwise, press Cancel  to abort the request .
    • If  credential data is match, then Reset Password Has Success. Please check your E-mail pop-up alert will appear on  screen. Afterward, please follow the guide which send through  registered email.
    • If  credential data isn't match, then Check Your Username, Email and Old Password pop-up alert will appear on  screen.
