The Customer proceeds claim through Qoala application with filling their polis number (maximum 15 days after accident). Qoala side proceeds document claims review.
When Qoala side proceed document inspection:
If the document is not complete, then Qoala side will request the document completion to the Customer.
If the document is already complete, then insurance side will proceed the insurance approval process.
When insurance side proceeds document inspection:
If the document is not complete, then Qoala side will request the document completion to the Customer.
If the document is already complete, then insurance side will proceed the insurance approval process.
When insurance side proceeds insurance approval:
If the insurance approval is reject, then Qoala side will contact the NICEPAY Customer related the reject reason.
If the insurance approval is reject, then Qoala side will contact the NICEPAY Customer to purchase settlement claim.
The Customer will received the reason for refusing insurance approval or receiving payment claims based on conditions process of insurance approval.
