The Contact Customer Service  used to view  list of created question, question history alongside its answer. In this , you can register new questions and will be answered later by  team systematically.



There are 3 s on Contact CS ; Search Option, Search Result and Registrasi. The Search Option  is a form  used to input  search criteria. The Search Result  displays data search results based on  inputted criteria. The Registrasi  is  to register  filed question.

The Search Option  consists of  search form used to search all data. The form consists of:

Description

Remark

Inquiry Type

Frequently asked question type

Default: Total -> all inquiry type



Dropdown option:

  • Total
  • Terminate
  •

Title

Question title topic



Search

Button to search data based on  inputted keyword



Register

Button to navigate User to register new question



The Search Result  displays data search results based on  keyword inputted in  Search Option . This  contains list of questions and answers history.

The list of questions topics used to search for specific questions is available in  Title column.

 can file questions by registering  question beforehand.   Save  to send  file on   internal  and question will automatically appear on  queue. After pressing  Save ,  display will seem like  picture below.

Here’s guidance for searching question list.

  1. Open sidebar.
  2.   Notice & Help .
  3.   Contact CS .
  4.   search term in  Search Option .
  5. You can search based on custom Inquiry Type and Title, or;
  6.   Search  to perform  data searching .
  7. The searched data will appear in  Search Result .

Here’s guidance for registering questions to CS.

  1. Open sidebar.
  2.   Notice & Help .
  3.   Contact CS .
  4.   Registration .
  5. Fill out  form in  Regist  that appears above  Search Option .
  6.   Save  to send  question.
  7. The saved form will be sent automatically to  CS for further notice.
