Business Model
E-Wallet which exists as an application-based service is an alternative for non-cash payments besides using a Credit Card. Non-cash services are popularly used because they can replace cash transactions and pay bills swiftly. E-Wallet can reach more Users, especially those who do not have a Bank account to use digital transaction services because they only need to use a telephone number. E-Wallet also makes it easier for Merchants to get more Customers and speed up the transaction process.
Fee to Use E-Wallet Service
Customer's Side
Customer got charged an additional fee when adding funds to the E-Wallet application, starting from free to Rp2,000; Customers also will be charged a service fee when making transactions through the E-Wallet application, such as electricity token, phone credit, data package, etc., but this fee only billed through the application.
Currently, the maximum E-Wallet balance for Users divides into 2 (two), which are:
- Unregistered (non-KYC) maximum balance Rp2,000,000 (Two Million Rupiah).
- Registered (KYC) maximum balance Rp20,000,000 (Twenty Million Rupiah).
Merchant's Side
Merchants can work with NICEPAY to use E-Wallet services from various parties implementing the E-Wallet system in one well-integrated system. So, Merchants don't need to contact many parties in using this service.
