What's the difference between paying using a card with the GPN logo and other debit/credit cards?
Cards bearing the GPN logo can only use for domestic transactions. Meanwhile, other Credit Cards works with American Express, Mastercard, VISA, and JCB so that they can use for domestic and foreign transactions.

Why can transactions using a GPN card fail?
- The GPN card is inactive or has expired.
- The GPN card number is invalid.
- GPN card expiration period is invalid.
- CVV on the card is invalid.
- Not supported by the Issuer network.
- The daily GPN card transaction limit has been reached.
How do Merchants check transactions that have been successfully paid with a GPN card?

What is meant by Settlement?
Settlement is the process of recording a transaction & transferring transaction funds from a financial institution (Bank or NICEPAY) to an individual or company that refers to as a Merchant.

How long does it take to process the GPN card Settlement?
H+3 on weekdays.
Does payment with a GPN card have a Refund process at Merchant's Back Office?
The NICEPAY Merchant Back Office doesn't provide a refund process for payments with GPN. Customers can carry out the refund process by contacting the Merchant or the relevant Partner to carry out the refund process.
Why hasn't the Customer received a Refund?
The NICEPAY refund service time follows the service time that has been determined by the Partner (GPN Transaction Settlement). If the Customer still hasn't received a refund after the determined time, please contact the relevant Partner.
Why can the Refund process fail?
- The refund submission was rejected by the Partner.
- Refund submission does not appropriate with the Merchant's terms.
